Meg is a partner in the Government Enforcement and Investigations group in the New York and Washington DC Offices of Bracewell, LLP. She has experience representing individuals and entities in government investigations, complex litigation, and regulatory actions in both federal and state courts as well as before agencies. She also counsels clients on sanctions matters and compliance with OFAC, FARA, FCPA, and BIS regulations, and develops compliance and training programs for clients related to cyber reporting. Meg represents pro bono clients in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and immigration proceedings.
