Julia draws on experiences gained during her nearly two-decade career with the California Department of Justice.  During her time as a Deputy Attorney General, Julia conducted numerous corporate fraud investigations under the California False Claims Act.  Julia also has extensive experience representing health and welfare agencies – including the California Department of Health Care Services, Department of Public Health, and Department of State Hospitals – in state and federal court.  In addition to representing clients facing State Attorneys General investigations and civil law enforcement matters, Julia will provide fractional general counsel services to health and technology start-ups.
