I am the former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio (2023-2025), overseeing all criminal and civil litigation in the District. I have returned to BakerHostetler as a Litigation partner after a 20-year federal-government-service hiatus. During that time, I also served as an AUSA, first investigating and prosecuting large-scale drug-trafficking and money laundering cases, and then a wide variety of white collar fraud and public corruption cases, followed by several years as the Chief of Criminal Appeals.
