Lauren is a senior manager in PwC’s Legal, Regulatory and Forensic Solutions practice. She has over eight years of experience designing and building cutting edge data-driven solutions to help clients effectively and successfully execute enterprise-wide programs and gain actionable insights. Lauren currently leads data analytics, operational reporting, and strategic activities for a large-scale sexual abuse victims’ compensation program.
She has diverse experience specializing in data engineering, analytics and visualization, reporting, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and strategic design and implementation of a broad range of technology solutions. Lauren has designed & implemented the technical strategy for a wide range of compensation programs, including the Herbicide Settlement Program, Cares Act Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Programs, sexual abuse victims’ compensation funds, and other complex claim programs. These experiences included the development of automated analytics for preliminary claim review, operational reporting for stakeholders, and complex models for program progression & calculated payment projections.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys gardening with her puppy, Finn, and cooking with fresh ingredients she grows. She also enjoys reading, knitting, and recently discovered a love of mahjong, which has become a favorite way to spend time with her mom and friends.
