Brooke Kenny is a Director in PwC’s Investigations & Forensics practice, bringing over 14 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory investigations across highly regulated industries, including financial services, sports, entertainment, and life sciences. She specializes in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise compliance programs that strengthen governance, mitigate risk, and drive operational integrity.
At PwC, Brooke leads complex investigations and forensic reviews, partnering with senior leadership, legal, and external counsel to resolve matters involving fraud, misconduct, and regulatory compliance. She oversees multidisciplinary teams delivering anti-bribery, anti-corruption (ABAC), and due diligence programs, conducts control assessments, and develops frameworks to enhance compliance culture and accountability.
Brooke is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Service Program for Older People (SPOP) in New York, where she chairs the Audit & Finance Committee, providing oversight on financial and regulatory compliance. Known for her collaborative leadership and strategic approach, Brooke helps organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes while fostering a culture of transparency and ethical excellence.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.
