My practice centers on internal investigations, post-closing M&A disputes, restrictive covenants, and piercing the corporate veil. I have first-chaired civil trials in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. I also serve as a mediator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program and the Delaware Superior Court.
