Amy Levenson Jones is the Attorney & Founder of Levenson Law Firm, where she represents individuals and businesses in Pennsylvania state and federal criminal investigations, prosecutions, appeals, sentencing proceedings, and post-conviction matters.
Amy's practice is defined by strategic criminal litigation. She represents clients in matters requiring rigorous analysis of the evidence, thoughtful legal judgment, and strategic decision-making at every stage of the case. Whether negotiating with prosecutors, litigating pretrial issues, preparing for trial, or advocating at sentencing, she develops legal strategy informed by the facts, the law, and a clear understanding of each client's objectives.
Before founding Levenson Law Firm, Amy practiced law and held executive leadership positions in legal recruiting and business development in New York and Washington, D.C. Her experience advising law firms, corporate legal departments, and attorneys refined the strategic judgment, communication, and negotiation skills that continue to shape her criminal defense practice.
Amy serves as a Hearing Committee Member for the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board. She is also Western District Vice President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL), where she co-chairs the Publications, Education, and Annual Conference Planning Committees. She is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' (NACDL) Women in Criminal Defense Committee.
