Working across EMEA, she partners with senior executives, innovation leaders, and legal technology teams to shape AI strategy, drive product adoption, and lead transformational change at scale. At Relativity, Ms. Albertson acts as a bridge between customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring international market needs, regulatory considerations, and jurisdictional differences are reflected in global AI strategy and go-to-market execution. She is a key international subject-matter expert for the aiR suite, supporting adoption across review, privilege, and case strategy.

Drawing on extensive experience in eDiscovery and legal technology across the United States, Europe, and the UK, Ms. Albertson advises clients on leveraging generative AI to transform disputes and investigations, and related workflows. Her work focuses on translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, defensible, and commercially viable solutions that deliver measurable value and ROI. Ms. Albertson is widely recognised for her expertise in advanced analytics, technology-assisted review, and generative AI in legally defensible workflows, including advising on complex UK High Court matters and Practice Direction 57AD. A frequent industry speaker, she is known for making complex technology accessible and helping organisations navigate disruption with confidence and clarity.

- Led technology-assisted review in a case that resulted in a landmark ruling as the first in which the High Court confirmed approval was not required to use advanced analytics.
- Led one of the largest London Interbank Offered Rate (‘LIBOR’) due diligence exercises for a global bank and developed custom due diligence, contract review and remediation technology and workflows in Relativity.
