I am a practicing attorney in San Francisco, California, focusing on white collar defense and data privacy litigation. I started my legal career as a state prosecutor at Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office and later moved to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington D.C.. While at DOJ I worked at the Office of International Affairs (OIA), the computer crimes section (CCIPS), the D.C. Appellate section, and as a line-AUSA prosecuted RICO crimes, human trafficking, and child sexual assaults. Having moved to private practice four years ago, my practice area focuses on white collar defense, specifically on defending fraud and money laundering allegations.
I am a mother of two wonderful children (ages 2 and 4) and reside in Mill Valley, California (just outside San Francisco). We have two dogs and spend most of our family time hiking, camping, and being outdoors. Originally born and raised in Germany to a German father, our family spends a lot of time back in Europe, between the U.K. and Germany.
