By your attendance at WWCDA events, you agree that WWCDA (or its designee) has the right to control, authorize or prohibit the distribution of any photography, videotaping, or recordings of any kind, at the event and may use such materials for its advertising or otherwise in the form and media as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to, in publications, social media, marketing materials, on websites and other platforms.
COVID safe meeting practices and waiver of liability will be required for attendance to in person events. To attend a WWCDA event, you must be fully vaccinated and boosted or have a negative COVID test (taken within 24 hours of the meeting). Masks requirements are in accordance with local law: if required, masks must be worn at all times except while eating or drinking; it not required, masks are optional. By accepting the invitation to attend an event in person, you are confirming that you will only attend the event if you comply with these requirements and that you will not attend the event if you feel unwell or experience any COVID symptoms.
Please note that while WWCDA is putting in place a range of precautions to ensure the health and safety of event attendees in person, by accepting the invitation and attending in person, you are confirming that you understand and assume the risk of possible COVID exposure. Further, by attending the event, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted, and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.
