2024 WWCDA Annual Fall London Luncheon and Panel 

WWCDA is pleased to partner with the ABA and to host the closing conference lunch and panel discussion for the ABA Twelfth Annual London White Collar Crime Institute. 

When: October 15, 2024

Time: Lunch at 12:45pm BST;  Panel at 1:15pm BST

Where: Brown Rudnick – 8 Clifford Street - London

Panel Discussion:  "White Collar Updates:  Extradition Issues and New Government Priorities."   The panel will discuss two topics. The first will focus on the ever-changing policies and politics of extradition will be discussed in the context of the Assange and Lynch matters, cross border cooperation, the ongoing reduced importance of treaties and the potential abuse of red notices.  The second will explore the potential white collar enforcement priorities of the new Labour Government in the UK and what may be expected from the next administration of the U.S. President.
