My practice focuses on regulatory and compliance matters as well as on M&A transactions and general corporate issues. As a former assistant public prosecutor white collar crime matters and independent internal investigations are also among my focus areas.
I advise and represent clients in the finance and insurance, banking, life sciences and food, telecommunications, energy, transportation and infrastructure sectors. I am also specialized in representing clients in criminal and administrative litigation proceedings as well as in international administrative and criminal legal assistance proceedings.
