I represent corporate and individual clients in a variety of federal criminal matters including health care fraud, tax violations, money laundering, anti-bribery and anti-kickback statutes, public and political corruption, and other federal offenses.
My representative experience includes defending physicians, hospitals, pharmacists, compounding pharmacies, and dentists against investigations and prosecutions. My experience includes matters handled by the Department of Justice, the Medicare Fraud Strike Force, the Department of Defense, the Health and Human Services – Office of Inspector General, and SEC, among others.
