Gail Rodgers has spent the majority of her career representing multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Gail focuses her practice on end to end compliance and investigations including regarding bribery and corruption. She has represented multiple Fortune 500 companies in cross border and multijurisdictional investigations involving allegations of violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act. She has extensive experience leading teams for corporate internal and government investigations across the globe.
Gail also conducts proactive global compliance reviews and partners with the business in implementing controls and remediations and evaluating the efficacy of compliance and investigations programs and protocols.
