Mrs. Miguel is a Partner at the EY Forensic & Integrity Services practice based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Patricia has more than 10 years of experience in the development and implementation of corporate solutions for the fraud and corruption prevention and investigation.
She lead several projects in Brazil and in Latin America including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico.
As forensics accounting specialist, Mrs. Miguel has led work streams in complex anti-bribery and anti-corruption investigations, such as the main corruption and money laundering investigation in Brazil (Car Wash Operation) and corruption investigations in Brazil.
Patricia is one of the EY Brazil’s Life science and Health Care industry expert. She has represented EY in industry conferences. Recently her speeches have been featured in regional and local conferences in which she shared her experience in strengthening compliance programs and investigations
She has 8 years of diverse experience aside from Forensics that includes extensive experience in financial audit, evaluation and tests of internal controls.
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I) since 2015.
