Rita Pikó provides her clients with focused and workable advice. Rita is a proven expert: she brings over 20 years of practical experience – in corporate governance, corporate compliance and related internal investigations.
Rita Pikó loves to share her energy and expertise with others: As well as advising as a lawyer, since 2010 she also has been a permanent lecturer for the Excellence program for Supervisory Board Members at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and has trained over 300 active and potential members of supervisory boards to date. Further she is a lecturer in Compliance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), the University of Liechtenstein as well as the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.
Rita advises on Swiss and German law and has been admitted to the bar in both Switzerland (registration pursuant to Art. 28 BGFA in the Zurich Lawyer’s Register (Zürcher Anwaltsregister)) and in Germany. Rita holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Exeter, UK, and a Dr. iur. from the University of Konstanz, Germany.
