Anne-Claire Hans has been promoted to partner of Le 16 Law in the spring of 2020, which is an independent boutique law firm dedicated to dispute resolution in Paris.
Prior to joining Le 16 Law as a Senior Associate in March 2017, Anne-Claire worked for four years in the Dispute Resolution group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Paris.
Anne-Claire has developed a strong expertise and experience in complex commercial disputes and financial markets and financial services litigation. Anne-Claire's practice focuses on advising financial institutions, industrial companies, investment funds and their managers in the context of commercial, corporate and financial disputes as well as regulatory investigations.
