Holly, a principal in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. offices of Miles & Stockbridge, co-leads the firm’s White Collar, Fraud and Government Investigations practice. She counsels domestic and international companies in government and internal investigations, corporate compliance, and complex commercial litigation.
Holly has conducted investigations in a broad array of sectors—including government contracting, healthcare, and financial services—and has represented companies in investigations by the Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General, regulators, and enforcement officials. She has assisted companies in making voluntary disclosures to the appropriate authorities. Holly has conducted numerous internal investigations on behalf of corporations, corporate boards of directors, and audit committees.
In addition, Holly as served as lead counsel in class action matters and has significant trial and appellate experience. Her litigation experience includes “bet the company” complex commercial disputes, fraud claims and appellate litigation. She has tried cases in various federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
