Casey Lucier represents companies and individuals in government and internal investigations as well as complex commercial litigation. She has particular experience advising on antitrust and anti-corruption matters and has successfully defended both corporate clients and individuals in connection with criminal antitrust cartel investigations as well as other types of criminal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Casey conducts confidential internal investigations and counsels clients on the risks of criminal prosecution or regulatory enforcement actions. She also manages international audits and pre-merger due diligence reviews that assess compliance with antitrust and anti-corruption laws and advises clients on related risk management issues. Casey also defends companies in civil antitrust litigation and is experienced in directing the modern e-discovery process.
Casey graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and the University of Notre Dame.
