Jane practices in succession, equity, real property, administrative law and revenue, and has appeared in inquests inquires and royal commissions including representing Truth, Justice and Healing Council in the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. Jane is recognized as a leading lawyer in succession and estate law and has a national and international practice in that area.
During Jane’s time as President of the NSW Bar Association, she had a particular interest in improving access to flexible practice for barristers. She has also overseen the NSW Bar’s work on gender equality and anti-bullying and harassment programs.
