Sanaa Bayyari represents international and domestic clients through all stages of government investigations and white collar matters, including internal investigations, regulatory enforcement defense and compliance counseling. Sanaa spent one year working in her Firm's Dubai office where she focused on regional investigation and compliance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Sanaa worked at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, where she assisted multinational companies on foreign direct investment in the UAE.
During law school, Sanaa interned at the Securities & Exchange Commission, FCPA Unit and Office of International Affairs in Washington DC, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
