Kristen Tranetzki has significant experience in complex criminal and civil litigation, internal investigations, securities and banking related litigation, and regulatory compliance. She also advises students and professors in conduct code proceedings and Title IX investigations.
Ms. Tranetzki has represented corporate clients in a wide range of commercial and criminal matters, including white collar criminal defense, business torts, contract disputes, and securities litigation. She has also represented individuals in criminal proceedings in state and federal courts, involving crimes such as wire fraud, money laundering, and bank fraud, and in regulatory investigations before the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and various state Attorney Generals, as well as in school disciplinary proceedings. Ms. Tranetzki has also counseled corporate clients and individuals on regulatory compliance and electronic discovery policies.
