I am a healthcare lawyer, with experience from bedside to boardroom. After a 19 year career in private practice representing and trying cases for health care providers and pharmaceutical companies, I went in house at The Cleveland Clinic to manage all litigation for the System, nationwide. i have a deep understanding of state and federal healthcare regulation, operations, risk, contracting, billing, and investigations. I am currently Chair of the Health Care Practice Group at Tucker Ellis LLP (main office in Cleveland, OH).
