I represent companies and individuals facing a variety of investigations and prosecutions. I have represented individuals and companies in indicted matters, including as trial counsel, and guided companies and individuals through internal, civil, and criminal investigations. My work primarily focuses on defending against allegations of corporate dishonesty and misconduct, including securities fraud, mail and wire fraud, antitrust crimes, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the False Claims Act.
