Kraljic, a native of Europe and fluent in English, French and German, advises clients on a range of anti-corruption and dispute resolution matters. Her practice focuses on managing global compliance risk assessments and internal investigations as well as advising on resolution efforts with enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the French Anti-Corruption Agency. Kraljic also counsels clients on designing compliance programs and conducting transactional compliance diligence. Kraljic has experience in international commercial and investment arbitration and has successfully represented clients before U.S. state courts and international institutions such as the World Bank Group.
Kraljic is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she completed her LL.M. Prior, Kraljic studied at Sciences Po Paris and graduated cum laude from the University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas. She earned her B.A. in mathematics and philosophy from King’s College London, where she graduated summa cum laude.
