Jenna practices corporate commercial litigation with a focus on securities litigation, regulatory compliance, cyber security and class actions. She assists clients with internal investigations, and, as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C), she advises clients on a broad range of data protection and privacy matters, including responding to data breaches.
Jenna has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and the British Columbia Court of Appeal, as well as before a number of administrative tribunals, including the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Ontario Securities Commission and the Alberta Securities Commission.
