Amy Worley is the former Global head of privacy and records management in a multinational, specialty pharma company reporting to a member of the global board of directors. Designed, championed, built and led the company’s cross functional, global, 20-member privacy officer network. Created and implemented a comprehensive global privacy management program focused on compliance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") worldwide. Collaborated with colleagues to build global data maps, launch and support strategic data classification, data governance and data breach identification and response as well as on-going monitoring of privacy controls. Similarly, designed and implemented a branded corporate records management system that focuses on regulatory record keeping requirements in a highly regulated industry and identify and maintaining "one source of truth" in key record categories. Amy maintains the CIPP-US, CIPP-EU, and CIPM certifications of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and she is a Fellow of Information Privacy. She is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert.
