Ms. Leibold’s practice focuses on white collar litigation as well as government and internal investigations. She has broad experience in matters involving international corruption, securities manipulation, and accounting fraud.
Ms. Leibold has represented clients in matters before the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and other government regulators as well as in related civil litigation.
Ms. Leibold joined Cleary from a nationally-ranked litigation boutique in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Before that, she served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Maryland, where she prosecuted federal crimes, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
