Lorraine is the founder of LGR Law, LLC, a boutique law practice with offices in Manhattan and New Jersey handling only criminal matter and specializing in federal criminal defense. Lorraine is an experienced litigator, having had many federal trials in both SDNY and NJ Federal Courts. She is also an appellate attorney, having brought and argued cases before the 2d and 3d Circuit Courts of Appeal. She has represented individuals in matters brought by the US Attorney's office , the NJ State Attorney General's Office as well as many county prosecutors, and have represented individuals charged with serious federal and state criminal actions including healthcare fraud, wire and mail fraud, bank fraud, securities fraud, insurance fraud, computer fraud, as well as many other matters. As a former assistant federal defender, Lorraine continues to be committed to representing indigent defendants, and is currently a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel in the Southern District of N.Y. as well as New Jersey.
