Victoria Weatherford is a strong litigator with a wealth of experience at the state and local levels, including four years as a Deputy City Attorney in the San Francisco City Attorney's Office. An accomplished first-chair trial lawyer, she focuses her practice on a wide range of consumer protection and data privacy matters, with particular expertise in representing clients in the technology and consumer products industries in class action and government investigation matters.
Driven to help others navigate the litigation process, Victoria often defends companies facing a complex constellation of litigation from private plaintiffs, government enforcers and private attorneys general. As a Deputy City Attorney, she first-chaired statewide Unfair Competition Law and False Advertising Law cases to trial and served as lead counsel on appeal as a member of the office-wide Affirmative Litigation Task Force and the Code Enforcement Division.
