Elizabeth Espinosa Krupa is a Colorado native and alumnus of both the undergraduate university and law school of the University of Denver (“DU”). Licensed for almost 25 years, Ms. Krupa has extensive litigation experience at the state and federal levels. She practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, white collar and civil litigation, securities law and internal investigations, professional conduct and attorney admissions to Colorado. Ms. Krupa was an Assistant Regulation Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel before starting her own law practice in 2013. She has received prestigious appointments to the Colorado Independent Ethics Commission, the Commission on Judicial Discipline; the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professional Development and has served on the Colorado State Supreme Court Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, and the Editorial Board of the ABA/BNA Lawyer's Manual on Professional Conduct.
