Jessica Norrant-Eyme is a Special Legal Consultant in the Washington, D.C. office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. Jessica works primarily with the Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations practice group. She advises clients in matters involving international anti-corruption laws. She focuses on internal investigations, anti-corruption due diligence, and corporate compliance. Jessica has successfully represented clients in litigation proceedings before international institutions, such as the World Bank Group, and assisted clients in resolution efforts with various national enforcement agencies (DOJ, SEC, AFA). Jessica has extensive experience in conducting global compliance risk assessments, internal investigations, and business partner reviews for her clients’ operations in Europe and Africa. Jessica is fluent in English and French, and is licensed to practice law in DC and France.
