Dedicated criminal defense attorney with varied work experience in various parts of the United States, including Louisiana - where I went to law school and really grew up as a professional - New Jersey, and New York. In the more than two decades I have been practicing, I have handled every variety of white collar crime, as well as terrorism, cybercrime and death penalty matters. For the past ten years, I have also taught a great practical skills class on writing and arguing motions each year at Tulane Law's Intersession Boot Camp, where I have formed a second family of wonderful fellow practitioners and former students across the US. I also participate yearly on a criminal-immigration law panel, presenting CLE courses on representing non-citizen clients, cultural issues in trials and sentencing, and the intersection of criminal and immigration law.
When I am not obsessively researching or deep in a brief or sentencing memorandum, I am also a full-time mom to three kiddos, two rescue dogs and sometimes my husband David.
