Jennifer McCoy’s practice focuses white collar criminal defense and internal investigations, as well as labor and employment law. Jennifer has experience representing companies and individuals in litigation involving the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Sherman Act, and various state and federal civil rights and employment laws.
In addition to state and federal courts, Jennifer represents clients before various state and federal regulatory and administrative agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Education (DOE), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ).
Jennifer also has experience guiding clients through government investigations involving various allegations of fraud and other misconduct, as well as conducting internal investigations on behalf of clients related to various employment, compliance, and whistleblower matters.
