Caitlin is a senior associate in Linklaters’ Global Investigations and White Collar Defense practice. She focuses on cross-border regulatory compliance relating to internal and government investigations, white collar defense, and crisis management, including cybersecurity, privacy and data protection. The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) has designated Caitlin as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

She represents corporations, financial institutions, corporate executives, and individuals in sensitive matters involving U.S. data protection, data privacy and cybersecurity, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), bribery and corruption, money laundering, economic and trade sanctions, business crime, financial fraud, federal securities laws, good governance and ineffective internal controls and complex commercial litigation. She also has experience defending against False Claims Act investigations, and has advised clients on developing and implementing corporate compliance programs and conducting pre and post-transaction due diligence. Caitlin regularly interacts with a variety of U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as foreign regulators. Additionally, she has significant experience advising on compliance matters, disputes and transactions in Latin America and Spain and is proficient in Spanish.

Caitlin prioritizes pro bono work and is active in the local community.
