Megan is the national marketing lead for BDO’s Legal, Compliance & Risk focus and Forensic Investigation & Litigation Services practice. She is a member of WWCDA's Marketing & Communications Strategy Team and Speakers Initiative Team.
With 30+ years of professional services marketing experience for global, national, and regional law firms, she founded a marketing and public relations agency for national and regional firms before serving as Chief Marketing officer of two regional firms and holding senior marketing leadership roles with global firms/WWCDA member firms Sidley, Foley, and Covington.
Creating and executing award-winning initiatives generating ROI of up to 20:1, she has launched and overseen marketing of successful practice areas, service lines, and offices at varying stages of the marketing life cycle.
She has secured and/or overseen speaking engagements at 480+ conferences per year, trained 110 legal marketing professionals on events marketing best practices, and has negotiated sponsorship savings that have covered her annual salary. Megan is especially passionate about the mind of the legal buyer.

Megan is a frequent speaker on marketing topics, to audiences of 1,100+ professional services executives. She has been a contributor and columnist of national magazines, regional business journals, e-books, and bestselling marketing textbooks.
Building on an MBA from the Peter Drucker Graduate School of Management, she completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Marketing Program. She is also a Sommelier.
