India D. Williams concentrates her practice on internal and government investigations and corporate compliance.
She has extensive experience working with multinational Global 500/Fortune 500 companies—as well as their boards and executives—in FinTech, financial services, gaming and retail. She has also led corporate finance deals and transactions valued up to $1 billion.
Prior to joining Kirkland, India clerked for the Honorable Bernice B. Donald of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. During law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Legal Profession. She also interned with the Honorable Lawrence S. Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
