I am a health care regulatory and defense lawyer. I represent those who are directly and indirectly involved in health care delivery and have reason to believe that they are being investigated by governmental entities or are emmeshed in government enforcement actions. I also counsel on how to avoid government investigations and enforcement actions. In addition, I conduct internal investigations, and I provide compliance advice.
