As an associate in the Dentons White Collar and Government Investigations practice, I represent companies and individuals in connection with compliance, government and internal investigations and other white collar criminal defense matters.
Immediately prior to joining Dentons, I served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Stephen M. McNamee of the US District Court for the District of Arizona and, during law school, as a law clerk in the US Attorney’s Office in Tucson and as a summer law clerk in the Pima County (AZ) Public Defender’s Office. In these positions, I worked on civil and criminal cases involving a wide array of federal and state statutes and common laws, including defamation suits, insurance contract disputes, and alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Arizona Minimum Wage Statute, the Controlled Substances Act and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
