Paola Úbeda Martínez-Valera graduated in Law from the University of Navarra in 2003 and has been a lawyer at the Sánchez-Junco law firm for ten years. Her professional activity includes the defense of procedural or pre-procedural interests, both defense and prosecution, and has intervened in a multitude of procedures in the criminal economic field, to which she is exclusively dedicated, advising both companies and individuals.
Likewise, she teaches classes in a Master's degree aimed at Members of the Board of Directors in the field of criminal responsibility of the legal entity and Compliance plans at the UNIR and participates in the conferences of the Master's Degree in Criminal Economics of the URJC. She is also in the phase of preparing the doctoral thesis focused on the Prevention of Money Laundering.
