Consuelo is adjunct professor (professore a contratto) of criminal law of information technology at the University of Milan.
Consuelo’s practice focuses on cybercrime, with an emphasis on Privacy, Data Security and Information Law pursuant to the GDPR n. 679/2016, and on business crime.
She has extensive experience in assisting companies and individuals on corporate criminal law issues, both in judicial proceedings and in compliance related matters.
Defending Italian subsidiary of multinational company in criminal proceedings pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 for alleged corruption crimes.
Consuelo is a member of the Milan Bar and carries out judicial and consultancy activities in the field of criminal law in information technology (especially with reference to the crimes of illegal access to an IT or telematic system and computer fraud), criminal law and corporate criminal law (with particular regard to property crimes, financial, tax and bankruptcy offenses).
Drafting of organizational models aimed at preventing crimes for companies operating in various fields of business (financial, industrial etc.).
