I help clients find effective solutions to complex legal problems in areas of antitrust, government investigations, and trade secrets. Much of my work is focused on how antitrust and competition-related laws apply to new and emerging technologies. I have handled both criminal and civil matters in these areas.
When I am not practicing law, I enjoy cooking with my husband, learning about wine, and gardening. I am also a PADI certified Dive Master and worked professionally in both Australia and Puerto Rico before going to law school.
I am admitted to practice law in Missouri and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
