EXPERIENCE
Heena Shaikh Ward is a Director in BDO’s Forensics Technology Services practice. She has more than 10 years experience providing eDiscovery and project management support, domestically and internationally, on all matters across the EDRM model.
Heena works with the litigation team to help plan, organize and handle matters in a cost-effective and efficient manner, utilizing all of the appropriate and available resources such as machine learning/predictive analytics. Ms. Ward is experienced in litigation and investigative matters involving product liability & consumer class actions, patent litigations, fraud and corporate investigations, and governmental and regulatory agencies. She also has experience working and managing cross border matters, monitorships, and on incident response matters.
Ms. Shaikh is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist, Brainspace Certified Analyst and has published an article on advance clustering analytics. She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati.
