Jaclyn defends companies and individuals in government and internal investigations, with a focus on anti-bribery and corruption and False Claims Act matters. She has experience defending Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, including conducting investigations, negotiating resolutions, and complying with post-resolution reporting obligations. Jaclyn regularly counsels clients on the creation and implementation of compliance and anti-corruption programs. She also maintains an active litigation practice and defends companies and their officers and directors in corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and business fraud disputes in various federal and state courts.
Jaclyn maintains an active pro bono practice and volunteers for the HIAS division in Philadelphia and a number of voting rights organizations nationally. She has also represented clients in civil rights cases before the Third Circuit and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
