Safina has a broad practice which includes commercial, securities and employment litigation as well as regulatory prosecutions and workplace investigations. She has appeared before civil courts, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court and Commercial List), arbitral tribunals and regulatory tribunals, including at the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).
Safina is a member of the Advocates’ Society’s Young Advocates Standing Committee.
