I joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in the white collar defense and investigations practice in November 2019. Since joining the firm, I have handled a number of investigations in response to either government or internal inquiry. I have particular expertise in environmental and healthcare enforcement and cyber security. Previously, I served as Chief of the Criminal Division for the United States Attorney's Office for Colorado and supervised all criminal investigations in the district. During my time as an AUSA I prosecuted and supervised white collar, environmental, health care fraud, cyber, narcotics and violent crime. In particular, I have extensive experience in white collar and environmental crime having previously served as Chief of the Economic Crimes Section and Environmental Crimes Coordinator.
