Brittany litigates high stakes, complex commercial and white collar disputes throughout the country. She manages a diverse practice involving commercial disputes, securities litigation, and derivative actions, with a particular focus on cases arising out of civil and criminal fraud.
Brittany is also a member of ArentFox Schiff's white collar practice. She represents companies, city agencies, and individuals confronted with allegations regarding business regulations, corruption, government contracts, and tax fraud. She has successfully helped her clients conduct internal investigations in response to state and federal inquiries, navigate grand jury investigations, respond to witness subpoenas, prepare for sentencings, and move for compassionate release.
