Julia Mezhinsky Jayne is the founder of Jayne Law Group, P.C., a Bay Area law firm focusing on white collar and general criminal defense. Ms. Jayne represents individuals and small businesses at all stages of a criminal proceeding, in federal and state actions, grand jury investigations, and administrative hearings. She has twenty years’ experience as a trial lawyer, in cases ranging from wire fraud and insider trading to drug offenses and violent crimes. Before founding Jayne Law Group, she was a state prosecutor. She also worked for several years as a white collar defense attorney at a premier San Francisco firm. Since 2003, she has served as an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at U.C. Hastings College of the Law.
