Kate Wachsman has represented individuals, corporations, and court-appointed receivers in a variety of matters. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation and government investigations. Prior to joining McNamara Smith LLP, Ms. Wachsman worked at CaseyGerry, San Diego’s oldest plaintiff’s law firm in San Diego.
Kate graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2020 where she served as a staff member on The San Diego Law Review and, as a certified member of the Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic, was elected to deliver the oral argument in front of the Ninth Circuit panel.
