Stefanie Schott is partner of the small but recognised law firm kipper + durth in Darmstadt/Frankfurt.
She is specialised in the defence in white collar crime and tax evasion cases as well as in compliance. She advises Individuals and companies and defends them in pre-trial proceedings and in trials.
She has been appointed as an expert to the Committee for European Law as well as to the Committee for Criminal Procedure of the German Federal Bar (BRAK) and is on the board of the Federal Bar in Frankfurt.
She is author of the commentary on tax evasion (§ 370 AO) in the publication Heidelberger Kommentar zum Steuerstrafrecht
She regularly issues opinions as an expert on draft legislation and contributes to law journals on the topics of white collar crime and criminal tax law.
She is specialist advisor to the journal Praxis Steuerstrafrecht (PStR) and a member of the board of the Association of German Defence Lawyers (Deutsche Strafverteidiger e.V.).
